REFUND POLICY
Refunds: On-demand Training
Refund requests must be submitted to studio@nikkilulowe.com. within 7 days of purchase of course. Refunding is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the course content or downloaded materials. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
Refunds: Raising Request
Refund requests can only be raised by writing an email to studio@nikkilulowe.com and having the words “Refund Request” in the subject line. In the body of the email, please state your reason for the request.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the student will be processed in 15 working days post intimation by the customer.
*For any payments through the card (debit, credit card), transaction charges amounting to 4% will be deducted to cover 3rd party processing fees.
*All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Nikki Lu Lowe Voiceover.
