Refunds: On-demand Training
Refund requests must be submitted to within 7 days of purchase of course. Refunding is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the course content or downloaded materials. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
Refunds: Raising Request
Refund requests can only be raised by writing an email to and having the words “Refund Request” in the subject line. In the body of the email, please state your reason for the request.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the student will be processed in 15 working days post intimation by the customer.
*For any payments through the card (debit, credit card), transaction charges amounting to 4% will be deducted to cover 3rd party processing fees.
*All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Nikki Lu Lowe Voiceover.
